Netflix's One Piece Season 2 has been streaming since March, and LEGO is wasting no time capitalizing on the momentum. Six new sets inspired by the live-action series just dropped for pre-order today, covering everything from a posable Chopper build to a 1,705-piece marine warship.
All six sets release August 1, 2026, and are available to pre-order right now at LEGO.com/one-piece and in LEGO stores.

Chopper Gets the Spotlight
The standout of this wave is clearly Chopper, who makes his LEGO debut across two separate sets. The 577-piece Tony Tony Chopper buildable figure (75643) is fully posable, comes with accessories like a book, syringe, and detachable blue backpack, and stands 7.5 inches tall on a display platform with a name plaque. It's the kind of shelf piece that earns its spot.
Then there's Dr. Hiriluk's Hideout (75641), which tells Chopper's origin story and delivers the first-ever Chopper minifigure alongside Dr. Hiriluk and Dr. Kureha. For a 271-piece set at $29.99, that's a solid entry point for fans who want the minifigure without committing to the bigger builds.
Giants, Castles, and a Warship
The Dorry vs. Brogy set (75644) goes all-in on scale, with two fully jointed brick-built giants built to clash. It packs in minifigures for Zoro, Usopp, Mr. 3, and Miss Goldenweek, plus brick-built versions of Miss Friday and Mr. 13, which is a lot of character coverage for a $79.99 set.
Battle at Drum Castle (75645) is the mid-tier play set of the wave, opening up to reveal Chopper's lab on the second floor and a throne room on the third. The minifigure lineup includes Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Chopper, Vivi, and Wapol, making it one of the better value propositions in the wave if you want a castle that actually does something.
Garp's Marine Battleship (75646) is the flagship, literally. Five sails, a marine flag, an impressive interior, and eight minifigures including Zoro, Usopp, Nami, Vice Admiral Garp, and Ms All Sunday. At 1,705 pieces for $169.99, it's priced competitively for a ship of this complexity.
The Showdown with Captain Smoker set (75642) rounds things out with a street-level scene from Loguetown, complete with a brick-built motorbike for Smoker and minifigures of Smoker, Luffy, and Sanji.
A LEGO Animated Special Is Coming Too
Beyond the sets, a two-part LEGO One Piece animated special is headed to Netflix on September 29, 2026, produced by LEGO and Atomic Cartoons. It retells the events of both seasons through a comedic, brick-built lens, which sounds like a good on-ramp for anyone who hasn't jumped into the live-action series yet.
If you're planning to build out this wave, Garp's Marine Battleship is the obvious anchor piece, and pairing it with the Chopper buildable figure gives you a strong display setup right out of the gate.
