May the 4th is still weeks away, but LEGO already dropped the big reveal: the Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter is getting the Ultimate Collector Series treatment, and it looks like the real deal.
Set 75442 clocks in at 1,809 pieces and leans hard into authenticity. Special silver Drum Lacquered elements capture the ship's distinctive Naboo-inspired finish, and the overall silhouette, from the elongated fuselage to the exposed engine elements, is immediately recognizable from The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian Season 3. When you're done building, the model sits on a display stand with an info plaque and can be posed either side-on to show off its elegant profile or nose-forward for a more aggressive stance.
The build comes with a Mandalorian minifigure with blaster pistol and a Grogu figure. For a display piece at this price point, that's the right call.

At $249.99, this sits firmly in serious-collector territory, but the size, the Drum Lacquered finish, and the dual display orientations make a strong case for the price. If you're an Insiders member, getting in on May 1 also means a better shot at that Grogu display before it sells out.
